Over the past decade, Ryan has led over 100 first-check investments—including Bilt, Groww, Valon, Mammoth Biosciences, and Self Financial—and is currently focused on embedded fintech, AI-driven drug discovery, and tech-enabled healthcare. In addition to Actions, Ryan co-founded Kairos HQ, the NYC-based venture studio that incubated Bilt, and earlier launched the Kairos Society, a global network for purpose-driven founders.
