Felipe Gurgel is a Principal at Actions Capital, where he focuses on early-stage fintech, healthtech, and AI-driven software across Latin America and the U.S.
Originally from Brazil, Felipe was employee #2 at Brazilian unicorn Wellhub (formerly Gympass), where he helped lead sales and marketing during the company’s early growth.
He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Duke University. Felipe is passionate about tech-driven impact and brings a cross-border perspective to everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and live music.
